The Academic Committee on Human Health of the Association of Montevideo Group Universities (AUGM) invites the academic community to participate in the Exchange of Experiences Journey "Human Health and Food Systems: Confluences, Interfaces, and Interdisciplinary Encounters", which will be held in a virtual format on October 16, 2025, in reference to World Food Day.

The meeting aims to promote a space for the exchange of knowledge, research, and educational experiences, connecting people through knowledge and different food cultures, with a holistic focus on interactive practices. The program is organized around three thematic areas open for participation: teaching activities; extension activities, including actions with the community, civil society organizations, local governments, and public and private institutions; and research activities.

Interested parties can submit abstracts of up to 250 words by September 19, 2025, via the online form available here. The abstracts accepted and presented during the journey will be published in a special supplement of the journal Nueva Época, from the National University of La Plata (Argentina).
