Universidad del Sinú opens call for in-person academic mobility in Montería for the 2026-2 semester

Opportunity is open to undergraduate and graduate students interested in an exchange in Colombia

Universidad del Sinú – Elías Bechara Zainúm, located in Montería, Colombia, has opened applications for its in-person Student Academic Mobility Call for the 2026-2 academic period. The initiative is aimed at undergraduate and graduate students from partner institutions, including those linked to programs such as PILA, AUALCPI, NEXUS, EMUAL, MUEVETE POR LA COSTA, and INILAT+, who are interested in taking courses for one academic semester or undertaking internships at the Colombian institution.

The mobility period is scheduled to begin in July 2026 and end in November of the same year. For students in health-related programs, the internship may begin in June, depending on availability.

The university offers a wide range of academic programs across different fields of knowledge, including Business Administration, Architecture, Social Communication, Accounting, Law, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Electrical, Electromechanical, and Systems), Surgical Instrumentation, Medicine, International Business, Dentistry, Psychology, and Social Work.

Among the application requirements, students must have completed at least 30% of their degree program, demonstrate good academic performance, and be currently enrolled, in addition to meeting the other requirements outlined in the call.

According to the call guidelines, selected students will be exempt from academic fees at the host institution. However, costs related to international travel, accommodation, meals, health insurance, and other personal expenses must be covered by the student.

Applications must be submitted by sending the required documentation, including the application form, academic transcript, motivation letter, and nomination letter from the home institution.

The application deadline is May 14, 2026.
