PROPESP, REINTER and the Montevideo Group Association of Universities (AUGM) are promoting the Orientation Workshop for the Public Call MCTI/CNPq No. 02/2026 – PROSUL Pepe Mujica. The event will take place on April 17, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., online.
The main objective of the meeting is to encourage researchers at different levels to submit projects to the call, which aims to consolidate partnerships in Latin America and the Caribbean, focusing on the challenges of the Global South. The initiative is an opportunity to strengthen academic mobility and international research networks.
The workshop will feature representatives from AUGM, Juan Manuel Sotelo, Coordinator of Scientific Cooperation, Academic Projects and Research, and Fernando Sosa, Head of the AUGM Executive Secretariat. They will explain how the association works and the details of the specific call aimed at researchers.
During the event, participants will receive practical guidance for project development and will have a dedicated space to ask technical questions about the public call. The proposal is to prepare researchers to submit more competitive and well-structured proposals.
