The School of Public Policy and Management at the Korea Development Institute (KDI) has announced a selection process for international applicants interested in pursuing master’s or doctoral degrees. Classes at this prestigious think tank, affiliated with the South Korean government, are scheduled to begin in February 2026.
The selection process is open for full scholarships in master's and doctoral programs aimed at students who wish to deepen their knowledge in public policy and administration.
Applications, which must be submitted online, will be accepted from July 14 to 31, 2025. All courses are taught in English.
Master’s programs offered include: Public Policy, Development Policy, Public Management, Intellectual Property and Development Policy, and Data Science for Public Policy and Administration.
Nationals from G20 countries, including Brazil, are eligible for scholarship programs covering tuition, a monthly stipend of approximately USD 850, and other costs.
For doctoral studies, the programs available are Public Policy and Development Policy. All admitted doctoral students receive the same scholarship package.
Applications must be submitted between July 14 and 31, 2025, with interviews scheduled for September.
