The International Cooperation Group of Brazilian Universities (GCUB), in partnership with the Educational Testing Service (ETS), announces an opportunity to purchase vouchers with a 10% discount on registration for the TOEFL iBT and TOEFL iBT Home Edition exams.

The offer is valid for students, faculty, staff, and researchers affiliated with GCUB member universities. The discounted test fee is USD 220.50 (to be paid in Brazilian reais, according to the official exchange rate on the day of payment). The deadline for voucher requests is October 31, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. (BRT), and the voucher can be used within one year of issuance.

To request a voucher, interested applicants must pay the corresponding amount in reais, based on the official exchange rate available on the Central Bank of Brazil’s website (https://www.bcb.gov.br/conversao). After payment, the applicant must complete the form available at https://form.jotform.com/252736864577675, attaching the required proof of payment and documents.

The vouchers, issued by ETS, will be sent to applicants within 30 days. Once issued, beneficiaries will have one year to schedule the exam, with no possibility of extension. The discount applies to tests taken at Test Centers in Brazil or in the Home Edition format, and the residential address registered on the ETS website must be in Brazil.

Important: No refunds will be issued in case of withdrawal. In addition to the discount, registration through GCUB exempts candidates from international banking fees, making the process more accessible for the academic community.
