Applications are now open for the Aspire Leaders Program, a nonprofit educational initiative founded by professors from Harvard Business School. Fully online and free of charge, the program is designed for first-generation college students, offering an international experience focused on leadership, personal growth, and professional development.
The program is open to young people aged 18 to 29 who are currently enrolled in higher education or who have graduated within the past three years. It prioritizes applicants who are the first in their families to attend university or who come from socially vulnerable backgrounds. A basic level of English is required, but the program also partners with institutions that support language development.
"The global network provides both professional contacts and friendships. The conversations are inspiring, and it’s eye-opening to see how we can impact our communities in ways we never imagined. There’s so much support, empathy, and access to jobs, internships, and scholarships during and after the program. Participating in Aspire was enriching and life-changing," says João Silva, a Brazilian Aspire alum.
In addition to the leadership curriculum, participants can apply for funding for social impact projects, scholarships, mentorship opportunities, and join a global network of peers from over 195 countries.
Applications for the 2025 edition are now open and can be submitted through the official website or directly via the application link.
